Project Management

Every project we carry out is managed by a dedicated Contracts Manager from inception through to completion. This provides our clients with the essential continuity of service at the highest level throughout the duration of the project.

Each project manager has considerable experience in all installation techniques and processes. They are trained in the relevant subfloor preparation procedures which can be so critical to the success of an installation.

In addition, they have the full back up of our in house Technical Services Team to assist in more problematic matters. We can also call upon the support of the technical services divisions of the relevant manufacturers in our approved supply chain.

Every Contracts Manager reports directly to our Commercial Director. This ensures that the highest possible standards of client service are maintained.
