Repair & Maintenance Works

1. Project: Floor Finishes Installation, Repair & Maintenance – 4 year Term Contract
2. Client: City Building (Glasgow) LLP in conjunction with the G.H.A

We were delighted to be awarded the above contract for the supply and installation of floorcoverings throughout the city of Glasgow. Our contract commenced on the 1st April 2009 and is scheduled to run until the 31st March 2013. The works involved are subject to a Framework Agreement incorporating a pre-agreed schedule of rates. We are delighted that this has involved us working in some of the most iconic landmark buildings in Glasgow from large scale refurbishment to small repair projects.
